The standard
Every claim here gets sorted before it gets said.
This field is full of overstatement. So every finding in the Files is graded, and the grade decides the verb. An association is never written as a cause. A screen is never called a diagnosis. Underclaiming slightly, always, is the rule.

About
Dr. Melanie Silvestrini, DMD, FICOI
I’m a cosmetic and implant dentist with degrees in biochemistry and chemical biotechnology. I practise under one idea: the mouth is one of the primary determinants of how fast, and how well, you age. I call that framework oral longevity.
The Files is where I read the research, grade it, and write down what it does and does not support. One question a week, answered properly.
