The Origin

Science first. Then the craft.

Dr. Silvestrini came to dentistry through the science first: a dual degree in biochemistry and chemical biotechnology, then Tufts. What kept her was the collision of disciplines nowhere else has: engineering, biology and art, practiced by hand, judged in decades.

The Philosophy

Function first. Conservative always.

She trained extensively in biomimetic restorative dentistry, built around natural, healthy, biocompatible materials, because she believes the tooth nature built is the best design we’ll ever get; her job is to restore it, not replace it. The aesthetics rest on that foundation, which is why they last.

Dr. Silvestrini practices as an independent clinician by design. Before building a practice, she is building the discipline it will stand on: the approach she calls oral longevity, the writing, the research conversations on Doctorate Domain, and the clinical standard. She lectures and speaks on oral longevity, most recently at Harvard Dental Medicine, and was recognized in Aventura Top Dentists 2026.
